I’m the heart behind Avery & Bloom Events. I started this business because I’ve always believed life’s biggest moments deserve to be celebrated beautifully. I also love taking the everyday wins and making a celebration of them —whether it’s your wedding day, a milestone celebration, or one of those once-in-a-lifetime occasions you’ll always remember.
To me, this isn’t just about planning events. It’s about getting to know the people behind them, understanding what makes your celebration unique, and creating an experience that feels effortless from start to finish.
My goal is simple: to take the stress off your shoulders so you can be fully present for every laugh, happy tear, and unforgettable moment. I’ll be there to keep everything organized, handle the details behind the scenes, and make sure your vision comes to life just the way you imagined.

The Story Behind Avery & Bloom
People often ask where the name Avery & Bloom came from, and the answer is actually my favorite part of this business.
Long before Avery & Bloom officially existed, I was the friend planning baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, and celebrations for anyone who would let me. I loved bringing people together and creating beautiful moments—long before I ever thought it could become a career.
After college, I spent nearly 20 years in the hospitality industry, working my way up from guest services to Director of Guest Services. Throughout my career, I stayed closely connected to events, guest experiences, and creating memorable moments for people.
Then life changed in the best way possible—I got married and became a mom to my daughter, Avery (yes… that’s Avery!).
Like so many parents, I realized I wanted to be more present during these years that go by so quickly. I made the decision to leave my career, but as we all know… the bills didn’t decide to leave with it.
One day, I had a simple thought: I can do this.
So I took a leap of faith and built the business I’d truly dreamed about for years.
Avery & Bloom is named after the little girl who inspires me every single day. She reminds me why I started this journey—to build something meaningful, to create a life I love, and to show her that it’s never too late to chase your dreams.
I want her to grow up knowing her mom is more than the one who makes a really great grilled cheese. I want her to see someone who believed in herself, worked hard, and built a business centered around celebrating others.
And if you’re lucky… she might even make a surprise appearance on one of our Zoom calls just to say hello.
As for the “Bloom”… that’s me. It’s a little nod to my family name and a reminder that life’s most beautiful moments deserve the chance to bloom.

Gabby is one of the most bubbly, positive people you’ll ever meet—and a true ray of sunshine on wedding days. She supports Avery & Bloom Events by helping ensure celebrations run smoothly, and also coordinates small / intimate weddings.
What truly sets Gabby apart is her love for people. She takes the time to get to know each couple personally, allowing her to thoughtfully personalize every wedding and create an experience that feels comfortable, joyful, and uniquely theirs. Her calm confidence paired with infectious energy instantly puts couples (and vendors) at ease.
Gabby doesn’t just show up to coordinate your wedding—she leaves having made lifelong friends.
